This is a little different from my typical posts but I decided to write a reaction post for the trailers of the upcoming visual novel, I Married a Monster on a Hill by Stec Studio aka All Ages of Geek!

In both of the trailers, we get to see the couple of Bevvy and August and learn a little about their beginnings. Bevvy, a knight, and August a monster, fell in love and decide to live their lives together in happiness. There is a theme of wholesomeness being presented which you can feel from the short trailers. For instance, the first trailer ensures that readers will ‘drown in wholesome sweetness’.

For those that may be confused, this is not only a visual novel but a webcomic as well! The visual novel will be launching after the first comic volume is published. The developers will be releasing a kickstarter in order to fully fund the project and even give backers some special one-time extras!

Right now, on the webtoon site you can read the character’s intros as well as two stories titled ‘The Birthday Dilemma (Part 1)’ and ‘Omake’. The webcomic is available on Okida and tapas also! The official website as well as their itch.io page features more details on the upcoming game. And did I mention the webcomic is FREE? Yeah, so go on and check it out after you finish reading.
